- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including pages visited and features used.

- Crash Reports: Anonymized crash data to help us improve app stability.
Information we do NOT collect:
- Precise GPS location (we only use static map links)
- Payment or financial information
- Contacts, photos, or media from your device

Firebase & Google Services
Poonch Tourism uses Google Firebase as its backend infrastructure. This includes:
- Firebase Firestore: Stores tourist place data, categories, and user profiles.
- Firebase Authentication: Handles secure sign-in via Google OAuth.
- Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymized usage statistics to improve the App.
Google Firebase's data processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase Data Processing Terms. Your data may be processed on Google's global infrastructure.
The App also integrates with Google Maps (via external links). When you tap a map link, you are directed to Google Maps and Google's own privacy policy applies.

Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase's servers, which are protected by industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention: We retain your account data as long as you use the App. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
